General information

Welcome Into Nature, a remote place where you get to experience the arctic lifestyle with us and our 31 lovely Alaskan Huskies. 

We are located in the beautiful peninsula of Malangen, which gives you stunning views over majestic mountains peaks, endless forests and the fjord at the same time. 

We want to focus on very small groups. By sharing this journey with very few people, a team of happy huskies and our guide, we can give you the best experience possible.

We want to introduce you to our dogs and share our lifestyle with you.

With us you will see all the process of having the dogs ready for a adventure, we want to integrate you as team member and show you everything. 

You will see the dogs running freely and warming up, be able to pet them and already know them better. You can even learn how to put a harness on them if you want...

After introducing you to our 4-legged family, we will teach you how to drive safely a sledge. 

When every one is ready, we take off for sledding. During the activity, you will be the musher and a part of a team together with the dogs. Your traveling partner will be sitting on the sled, and you switch positions halfway.

After our journey, we head inside a warm and traditional Lavvo, heated by a fireplace and get a traditional warm snack and some hot drinks. During that moment, we like to share some storytelling about the arctic life, the dogs, but to know you more as well. 

Arctic proof boots and winter clothing is provided by us, but we recommend you wear a base layer of wool with a wool jumper or fleece. You must bring a warm hat, scarf and gloves.

Important: Please note that transportation to and from this activity is not included!
 

• Included: Experienced Guide, dogyard visit, dogsled ride, lavvo experience, warm clothes, winter boots, quality time,  small group, snack.

• Number of participants: min 2 – max 6 . For a bigger group / Family, please send us a email.

• Language : English, French, Norwegian

• Please bring; Warm base layer, gloves, hat and scarf.

• Your own sled and dog-team of 4-6 dogs shared with the guide or another participant

• Level of difficulty: Medium

• Light meal (vegan and vegetarian available), warm drinks and snacks.

• A visit of the kennel and puppy yard if we have puppies

• Departure time and place: 10:00 at Into Nature. For our Afternoon / Evening tours, please contact us.

• Duration: Depend of the chosen program.

•  Minimum age: please contact us if you bring a child under 8 years.

Prices:
Our dog sledding adventure prices are based on the duration of the experience. Whether you choose a quick and exhilarating ride or an extended exploration, we have options to suit every adventurer.

•  Adventure: A well-rounded experience for enthusiasts (1 hour sledding - 3 hours total duration).
  Price: NOK 3000 / Adult - Nok 2000 / Child - Adolescent (02 - 16 years old)

• Extended Adventure: A extended experience for very enthusiasts (2 hours sledding - around 4 hours total duration).
  Price: NOK 3500 / Adult - Nok 2500 / Adolescent (12 - 17 years old)

• Full Day Expedition:  For those who crave a longer journey (4-5 hours sledding - around 6 hours total duration).
  Price: NOK 4500 / Adult
