Into Nature AS offers small-group Arctic activities from Malangen, Norway. We handle guest information carefully and only use it for relevant booking and communication needs.

Information we collect

When you contact us or book an activity, we may collect:

• Booking details, group size and selected activity
• Preferred dates, country and number of guests
• Relevant messages, preferences or safety information you choose to share
• Source page, selected language and the time privacy consent was accepted
• Payment or transaction details handled through our booking/payment providers

How we use information

We use guest information to manage bookings, answer questions, prepare safe activities, process payments and send practical updates related to a tour.

Contact form storage

Contact form submissions are stored in Into Nature's database so the team can respond and document that the Privacy Policy was accepted.

Submissions are kept for up to 2 years, then deleted automatically unless a legal obligation requires longer storage.

Sharing information

We do not sell personal information. Information may be shared with trusted service providers when needed for booking, payment, communication or legal requirements.
